Stakeholders are individuals, groups or organisations who provide your company with critical resources and expect their interests to be satisfied.

To effectively identify stakeholders , it is important to recognise the relationship between your company and its stakeholders in terms of influence and dependence. This means the extent to which stakeholders have an influence on your company, and that extent to which they are dependent on your company.

Choose your stakeholders from the list and fulfil the spreadsheet below! (dependence and influence might be “low, moderate or high”) (For more details see the Guide Chapter C.3.)

The following key categories must be discussed In Business Model Canvas.

Infrastructure:
   - Key activities of the company (write the answer in the Key activities cell in the template)
   - Key resources needed and used (write the answer in the Key resources cell in the template)
   - Key partners of the business (write the answer in the Key partners cell in the template)

Offering:
   - What is the company’s value position? (write the answer in the Value Position cell in the template)

Customers:
   - Who are the key company’s customers and how you can segment them? (write the answer in the Customer Segment cell in the template)
   - What types of relationships are established with customers (segments)? (write the answer on the Customer relationships cell in the template)
   - In what way, channels the company communicates with and reaches its customer segments to deliver its value proposition? (write the answer on the Channels cell in the template)


Financing:
   - Costs: Identify the most important costs, expenses occur to finance the company’s activities (write in the Costs cell in the template)
   - Revenues: Identify the main revenue streams of your company (write the answer in the Revenues cell in the template)
